Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Norte de Santander, Sala Disciplinaria y el Tribunal Superior de Cúcuta, Sala Penal, en torno al trámite de la acción de tutela de la referencia.
Se reitera la posición adoptada por la Corporación en el Auto 278/15, mediante la cual se estableció que las acciones de tutela que sean repartidas a las Salas Disciplinarias del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura y de los Consejos Seccionales continuarán siendo de su conocimiento, hasta tanto no sea implementado el funcionamiento de los nuevos órganos judiciales creados por el Acto Legislativo 02 de 2015.
Luego de concluir que en el presente caso no existió un conflicto negativo de competencia, la Sala Plena dispuso que a través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional se otorgue un número de radicación a la tutela y se incluya en el trámite de selección para su eventual revisión.

- Segundo. DISPONER que a traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional se le otorgue un numero de radicacion a la accion de tutela de Ramon Sanchez Carvajal en contra de Direccion de Sanidad de la Policia Nacional - Norte de Santander y se incluya en el tramite de seleccion para su eventual revision.
